Greenhouse Garden Birthday

Standard

I made this birthday card using neutral colours …

I randomly stamped the flower from the greenhouse garden stamp set using versamark ink onto crumb cake, with whisper white craft ink I stamped the centre of the flower with the help of my stamp-a-ma-jig. Using the early espresso marker pen I added a little detail to the flowers. Then punched out 4 squares using the 1-1/4” square punch and 4 other 1-3/8” squares in early espresso card.

Using the simply scored I made 3 lines across the top of some whisper white card and adhered to the crumb cake card, I then placed the 4 square using dimensionals. To finish of a added some organza ribbon and the sentiment from the curly cute stamp set.

Vintage Vogue Flowers

Standard

This birthday card was a fun one to make …

Using both flowers from the vintage vogue stamp set, I stamped them out in five different colours and cut them out using my paper snips. I used my bone folder to curl the petals, before gluing them together and adhering the rhinestones for a little sparkle.

With the simple scored, I edged a piece of whisper white card and scored 5 lines through the centre, then layered this onto a piece of cherry cobbler card. I stamped the sentiment before adhering the flowers using dimensionals.

Simply Soft Love

Standard

I needed a card to house some wedding vouchers …

I started by punching out a full heat from a piece of scrap, using it as a template to mask off the white whisper card. With basic grey ink, I lightly sponged the heart shape. Still with the template in place, I stamped the text from the french foliage stamp set in basic black ink. Removing the template and using the stamp-a-ma-jig, I stamped the flower from the simple soft stamp set and punched out using the scallop circle punch and sponged the edges.

I finished off by using dazzling diamonds and rhinestones.  With the craft whisper white ink I stamped the sentiment ‘love’ from the wonderful words (retired).

This card could also be used as a lovely engagement, valentine’s or anniversary card.

Bundle of Love ….. Baby Naming Day

Standard

It is baby Beren’s Naming Ceremony …

So I wanted to make a special card to celebrate his day.

To make the card I used an A4 (30xcm x 21cm) piece of whisper white card and cut off an angle, so it measured 10cm x 21cm x 30cm. With the striped and spotty papers from the subtles collection paper stacks, I layered three of the panels.  To add a little bit of colour to the stamped images, I scribbled some bashful blue ink on my acrylic block and picked up the ink with my blender pen.

Supplies from Stampin’ Up!

Card Stock: whisper white, bashful blue, marina mist & subtles collection paper stacks; Stamps: bundle of love & nursery necessities (retired); Inks: marina mist & bashful blue; Punches: word window, modern label ; Accessories: snail adhesive, multipurpose liquid glue, rhinestones, blender pen, bashful blue marker pen, mini silver brads & dimensionals.
