I wanted a colourful children’s birthday card and the fox and friends stamp set was perfect to achieve this …
I stamped out an old olive turtle, pumpkin pie lion, crumb cake monkey and marina mist whale onto whisper white card. I punched them out using the 1-1/4” square and punched out a 1-3/8” square in the matching card. This is what’s so wonderful about Stampin’ Up! products they all have matching card, ink pads, designer papers, ribbons, brads and buttons.
I placed the organza ribbon around the card first, tied in a knot. Then glued a strip of white whisper card that had been edged using the the eyelet punch over the top. Using dimensional I adhered the four animal squares on top. To make the tag, I stamped out happy birthday, punched out with the large oval and placed on a marina mist scallop oval. I made a hole using the handheld punch and threaded through some white baker’s twine, placed under the ribbon and adhered using a glue dot.
